Everything You Need to Know
If you're brand new to functional training: Start with 6 Week Shred or Functional Pump. The Dumbbell Shred is perfect if you want to lose fat while building strength. The Functional Pump is ideal if you want to focus on building a base of functional strength with minimal time commitment.
If you only have 3-4 days per week to train: Functional Pump, hands down. It's designed specifically for people with demanding schedules who still want serious results.
If you love kettlebells or want explosive power: Kettlebell Revolution is your program. 45 minutes, minimal equipment, maximum results. This program is designed for anyone who's busy and needs to get their workouts in quickly.
If you're ready to get seriously jacked: Functional Mass & Power. But I'm warning you - this program demands commitment. 6 days a week, 60-90 minutes per session. This may be too advanced for your current level if you're a beginner.
If you need to lose fat fast: 6 Week Shred with the complete meal plan. It's intense, but 42 days later you'll be in incredible shape.
For minimal equipment (home training):
6 Week Shred - Just 2 pairs of dumbbells. You can do this entire program from home with minimal space and equipment.
Kettlebell Revolution - 2 pairs of kettlebells. At the very least, all you need is one light to medium pair and one medium to heavier pair.
Functional Pump - Kettlebells + dumbbells with some barbells mixed in. Basic home gym equipment works perfectly.
For full gym access: Functional Mass & Power uses everything - barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells to maximize your results. You'll need access to a well-stocked gym.
Every program includes equipment alternatives and modifications, so don't worry if you don't have everything listed.

Why I Created These Functional Training Programs
My story isn't typical.
I battled alcoholism and drug addiction in my teenage years and early 20s which took me down a very dark path. Zero purpose. Zero drive. My addiction completely took over and I found myself at the age of 20 living out of my car, selling drugs, getting high 24/7, and ultimately at a place where I just didn't care if I lived or died.
I hit rock bottom on November 16th, 2005 and finally reached out for help.
One of the first things that I did when I got sober was make my health and fitness a priority.
Working out, eating healthy and focusing on self growth completely changed my life and put me on a path to success and have been sober ever since.
Having a routine and a structured plan of action has been the key to my success in all areas of my life which is why I created The JTM FIT programs and app.
Fitness became my lifeline. It gave me purpose. And it led me to helping others.
After 17+ years as a functional strength coach, and helping thousands of men and women transform their bodies, I've figured out what really works for people in their 30s, 40s, and beyond.
