I battled alcoholism and drug addiction in my youth which took me down a very bad path in life. My addiction completely took over and I found myself at the age of 20 living out of my car, selling drugs, getting high 24/7, and ultimately at a place where I just didn't care if I lived or died.


I hit rock bottom on November 16th, 2005 and finally reached out for help. One of the first things that I did when I got sober was make my health and fitness a priority. Working out, eating healthy and focusing on self growth completely changed my life and put me on a path to success and have been sober ever since.
