WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
You’ll need some basic gym equipment to get the most out of this program, including dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, a pull-up bar, dip bars, a speed ladder, and some cardio equipment. Don’t worry if your gym doesn’t have everything — the program includes exercise alternatives for all specialized equipment, so you can train effectively no matter where you are.
