Absolutely! The Kettlebell Revolution is designed for both Men and Women.
There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
You will need at least 2 pairs of Kettlebells here. I recommend 1 lighter pair and 1 heavier pair. The weights will vary from person to person. I suggest the lighter pair to be roughly 10-25 pounds and the heavier pair 35-55 pounds.
This program is designed for anyone who's busy and needs to get their workouts in quickly and can't commit to working out hours a day. The KB Revolution targets every muscle group and promotes muscle gain, fat loss and overall body recomposition – so you'll get amazing results while doing less.
