How many days a week do you train?
There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

What equipment do I need?
You will need at least 2 pairs of Kettlebells here. I recommend 1 lighter pair and 1 heavier pair. The weights will vary from person to person. I suggest the lighter pair to be roughly 10-25 pounds and the heavier pair 35-55 pounds.
