Absolutely! The Functional PUMP program is designed for both Men and Women who want to get better results.
There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
To get the best results out of this program, you'll need access to at least 2-3 pair of kettlebells and or dumbbells from lighter to heavier, a barbell with some weight plates if you choose to use them, a pull up bar, dip bars, a jump rope, and a resistance band or two for warm ups and cool down stretches.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to everything. I have lots of exercise modifications inside the program.
This program is designed for intermediate-advanced level athletes who are very limited on time yet want to see the best results
This may be too advanced for your current level. I recommend either the Kettlebell Revolution or the 6-Week Shred if you’re a beginner.
