HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I TRAIN?
There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
To get the best results out of this program, you'll need access to at least 2-3 pair of kettlebells and or dumbbells from lighter to heavier, a barbell with some weight plates if you choose to use them, a pull up bar, dip bars, a jump rope, and a resistance band or two for warm ups and cool down stretches.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to everything. I have lots of exercise modifications inside the program.
