HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I TRAIN?
Each week will consist of 4 dumbbell workouts and 2 active recovery bodyweight workouts.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
You will need at least 2 pairs of dumbbells here. I recommend 1 lighter pair (10-25lbs) and 1 heavier pair (40-55lbs). But don't worry if you don't have that exact weight. There will be plenty of exercise modifications inside the program
