15 Minute Calorie Torching Kettlebell EMOM

Today we have a 15 minute EMOM style workout.

 

This is a perfect full body workout for the busy professional who is struggling to find time to workout do to their busy lifestyle.

 

I don't care what anyone says, you can make time for this workout. It just depends on how important your health and fitness is to you.

Now, let's dive into this workout.

 

An EMOM stands for Every Minute On The Minute.

 

So, at the start of every minute you will perform the prescribed reps of each exercise as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent technique.

 

- KB Swings x 5 reps

- KB Goblet Squats x 5 reps

- KB Close Grip Push Ups x 10

 

 

Let's say you finish all reps in 40 seconds you. will then have 20 seconds to rest before the next minute starts and you repeat the exercises in the same fashion.

 

As the workout get's more and more challenging the goal is to continue to keep the same pace and most importantly get all of the reps done before the next minute starts.

 

You will do this for 15 minutes for a fast and effective workout that will improve endurance, build a little muscle depending on how heavy you go, and most importantly, torch a lot of calories.

 

We will be using 1 relatively heavy kettlebell for this workout. For reference I'm using a 53 lb or 24 kg.

 

This is a full follow along workout. So, all you have to do is prop up your phone or laptop and press play.

 

I will be guiding and motivating you through the entire workout.

 

Make sure you are doing the warm up so that you're ready to put in some work and stay injury free.
