There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
You will need access to a well-stocked gym. I recommend one that has barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, workout benches, and cardio equipment.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to everything. I have lots of exercise modifications inside the program.
This program is designed for intermediate-advanced level athletes.
This may be too advanced for your current level. I recommend either the Kettlebell Revolution or the 6-Week Shred if you’re a beginner.
