Too busy to workout? Try this 30 minute functional full body workout for maximum results

Time management is key when we live busy lives.


Whether you are a working 40+ hours a week, raising a family and or trying to balance a social life, it can feel really difficult to make time to workout.

 

Just because you don't have an hour to workout everyday DOES NOT mean you can't see really good results.

 

You just need to be doing the right and most EFFECTIVE workouts that fit into your busy schedule.

 

Today I'm bringing you a just under 30 minute full body kettlebell workout.


You will only need two pairs of kettlebells.

 

A heavier pair of kettlebells and a lighter pair.

 

For reference, I used a pair of 53 pounders (24kg) for my heavier pair and 26 pounders (12kg) for my lighter pair.

 

This is just for reference. You shouldn't be too concerned with what I'm lifting.

 

You should be focused on using weights that challenge YOU while being able to maintaining excellent exercise technique on every exercise throughout the entire workout.

 

This will obviously vary from person to person so please find what's best for you.

 

Proper form should be the most important thing!

 

This workout will utilize the 7 main functional movement patterns for a very well balanced training session.


The squat, hip hinge, lunge, vertical press, horizontal press, horizontal row and core.


We will be utilizing a highly effective circuit training protocol to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time.


So inherently, this workout will mostly focus on calorie burn and and fat loss with a touch of muscle hypertrophy as well.


A good pump will be had as well but muscle building in the technical sense is not the main focus.

 

You will be drenched and dripping in sweat durning this one!

Sometimes a lot of effort.


It will likely take some planning and preparation your part but you can get it done.
