Full body workouts are a great way to get a lot of work done in just one session and target all major muscle groups.
They are great for building strength and muscle while also burning a lot of calories which will help us burn body fat and stay lean.
You will burn way more calories in a full body session compared to hitting 1 or 2 muscle groups in a workout with maybe an exception to a good leg day which will torch a ton of calories.
Full body workouts are also more fun.
