30 Minute At Home Dumbbell Workout For Muscle Growth

Welcome back to another fast and effective workout that you can do at home or at the gym.
 
If you are pressed for time and still want to build muscle and stay lean then this is a must do workout!

This one finishes up in just under 30 minutes and packs as serious upper body pump.


Equipment needed: a few pairs of dumbbells that are at a medium to heavy weight for you.


For reference, I'm using 65 pounds for the presses, 75 pounds for the rows and 45 pounds for the push up renegade rows.
