Welcome back to another fast and effective workout that you can do at home or at the gym!
If you are pressed for time and still want to build muscle and stay lean then this is a must do workout.
A lot of busy people give up on themselves and think that because they don't have 60+ to devote to every workout then they won't get great results.
That's not the case when you are following the right workouts.
Functional workouts that are composed of a lot of compound movements will deliver a high return on investment especially with minimal time.
This one finishes up in just under 30 minutes and packs as serious upper body pump.
You will need a few pairs of dumbbells that are at a medium to heavy weight for you.
For reference, I'm using 65 pounds for the presses, 75 pounds for the rows and 45 pounds for the push up renegade rows.
Don't worry too much about what I'm lifting.
Just focus on using weights that are going to challenge you yet allow you to maintain excellent technique.
