This 8-week kettlebell and bodyweight HIIT program delivers intense full body workouts that can be done with just a few kettlebells, a pull up bar, and a jump rope with every workout being completed in under an hour. There are 4 full body workouts per week with 2 active recovery/cardio and a 1 weekly kettlebell/bodyweight challenge.

Each workout offers the perfect blend of functional, unilateral, and explosive exercises that build functional strength, endurance, lean defined muscle, athleticism, mobility, and core strength all while shredding body fat.

*You will also need some space to run outside, or a treadmill.

*If you don’t have pairs of kettlebells that are the same weight you can still do the program! I give single kettlebell alternatives for every exercise that uses two kettlebells. Just make sure you have at least 1 light, medium, and heavier kettlebell.

**There are also exercise alternatives for exercises that require other pieces of equipment inside the program.
