The Functional Shred is for anyone with at least 3-6 months of gym experience. Even if you do not have this experience, the program can be scaled and modified to fit almost any fitness level. That’s one of the benefits of our Private Facebook Group, you can literally ask us and we will help you adjust it to your needs.

The workouts are fast and effective. Each workout can be done in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down.

The training schedule for this program is 6 days a week total. Of those 6 days, 2 are active recovery to help you prepare for the next. The training schedule can easily be modified to fit your specific needs.
