I built this program for people who want a quick workout (45-60 minutes per session) and don't have access to a ton of equipment but didn’t want to compromise on the quality of work they were putting in.

In just 45-60 minutes these workouts are going to build functional strength, muscle mass, shred body fat, increase explosiveness/athleticism and improve mobility. TFS 2.0 does it all! The best part – you DO NOT need a full gym to do this program.

The Functional SHRED 2.0 utilizes dumbbells and bodyweight workouts that pack a serious punch! From strength and power supersets, AMRAPS, EMOM's HIIT circuits, core finishers and weekly bodyweight challenges, you will be stronger, more muscular, more athletic and leaner than ever before💪🏻

Over the course of the 8 weeks you’ll have everything you need to get in insane shape with minimal time and minimal equipment. This program can be done with a basic home gym set up or can be done at the gym.

The program is armed with full length HD video tutorials which are imbedded into the program platform for easy access. I will walk you through every exercise in the program explaining proper technique and showing you how to modify every exercise for those that need to.

Along with the full length tutorials every exercise also has a quick video demonstration for those that want to quickly see the exercises and get right back to the workout. Jay T. Maryniak, an inspirational type 1 diabetic and recovering alcoholic, has overcome many challenges in his life. The Functional Shred 2.0 is for anyone with at least 3-6 months of gym experience. We give exercise modifications for every exercise in the program so no matter your current fitness level you can get great results from the program!

The workouts are fast and effective! Each workout ranges from 45-60 minutes including the warm ups and cool downs.

Absolutely! The Functional Shred 2.0 is for anyone looking to build lean muscle, functional strength, increase their athleticism, and become a total beast. We have had a ton of women have massive success on this program as well as our other programs.

The training schedule for this program is 6 days a week total. Of those 6 days, 2 are active recovery to help you prepare for the next. The training schedule can easily be modified to fit your specific needs.

The Functional Shred 2.0 has an increased level of difficulty and is armed with NEW exercises, AMRAPS, EMOM’s, and circuits. With that being said, you do not have to do TFS to do TFS 2.0
