Why The Functional Method
I spent years over training and not giving my body adequate rest which left me in a perpetual state of injury and just feeling down right beat up.
I developed The Functional Method to deliver amazing results while building your body up rather then tearing it down.

Who Is The
- This program IS NOT for the absolute beginner
- This program is for an intermediate to advanced fitness level.
- You must have at least 2 years of gym experience.
- Must have knowledge of proper exercise technique and knowledge of how to modify exercises when necessary.
- Must know how to read a written program with reps and sets.
- I will be available via email if you have any limitations and need help finding ways to modify movements.
Will You Need
- You will need access to a gym or home gym.
- You will need a range of dumbbells
- A range of kettle bells
- A barbell with weight plates
- Pull Up bar
- Plyometric box
- A bench Squat rack
- Medicine balls
- Gymnastics rings (a TRX suspension trainer can be used but is not ideal)
- Resistance bands (for assisted pull-ups and stretching techniques)
- Mini bands Foam roller
- Parallette Dip bars
