The Functional Mass and Power is for anyone with at least 3-6 months of gym experience. Even if you do not have this experience, the program can be scaled and modified to fit almost any fitness level. That’s one of the benefits of our Private Facebook Group, you can literally ask us and we will help you adjust it to your needs.
The workouts are roughly between 60-75 minutes with the active recovery days being around 30 minutes long.
Absolutely! FMP is for anyone looking to increase muscle mass, build raw strength, increase their athleticism, and become a total beast. We have had a ton of women have massive success on this program as well as others.
The training schedule for this program is 6 days a week total. Of those 6 days, 2 are active recovery to help you prepare for the next.
FMP is a 12 week high volume program with a heavy emphasis on building muscle mass and raw strength/power. TFM has a little less volume and a heavy focus on overall functionality while building muscle and functional strength.
FMP has HD step by step instruction on how to execute each every exercise with proper technique. TFM uses HD video demonstrations without any instruction.
